It features Bonavita’s own transcriptions of emblematic pieces such as the Chaconne for solo violin or the famous Aria. All played on a replica of the original instrument which inspired Bach to compose these works: the 13-course German baroque lute. This is a remastered recording based on the artist’s former catalogue.
